Do you offer refunds?

If something genuinely doesn't work — an AI feature returning errors, the Customer Portal failing, your Pro status not activating after payment — email support@imagesuite.io and we'll refund the most recent charge.

For "I changed my mind" cases, we don't routinely refund but the cancellation flow is clean (no contracts, no minimums, can resubscribe anytime).
