How does ImageSuite work?

Most ImageSuite tools run entirely in your browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly. When you drop a file, your browser downloads the tool's code once, then processes the image locally on your device. The processed file is also kept in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Pro AI features (upscale, background removal, image generation, restoration, cartoonify, inpainting, background replacement) are exceptions: they call our server, which forwards to Replicate (an AI inference provider). Even then, your image is processed and the result returned without long-term storage.
